Just needing to tell the World how awesome Oswego Motors is. I needed to find a certain car and they had it. I live over 750 miles away from them. When I seen the car on their website I called them and got an awesome person on the other end (Jared) he was so professional and he listened to my story and why I needed this car. He was so kind and understanding. He immediately started working on getting me my car over the phone. He also sent me more pics of the car and even done a live video and walk though of my car so I could ask questions and see in detail what I was buying..He did not have to go this extra mile but he did.. Any questions he got answers too in a very timely manner. When I did not know how I was going to get the car to NC he had said we could work out delivering it to me.. I had never heard of such until this , no one ever in my car buying days have ever even offered this.. .But I did decide to fly up and drive it back home with a friend of mine. I then met some of the other employees of Oswego Motors and they were all so kind.. This all started on Sept 13 2025. We were in contact with each other just about everyday until I flew up to them and got my car on Sept 29 2025. I wish everyone could buy a vehicle from them. They are the BEST hands down.. I recently bought a 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS w/60K miles from Oswego Motors. It's one of the nicest (and lowest mileage) I'd come across of its type. Chad and Cruz were easy to work with. Oswego Motors has their own auto repair shop on property and they did a noteworthy amount of service work on this car (at their cost) before I got it. But with any twenty year old vehicle, more service work was still needed and I expected I would need to cover some of that cost myself (which I did). Overall, I would buy another car from Oswego Motors because I believe they had exactly what I wanted and they ensured I was happy - both before, during and after the sale. Thank you!
